CANCEL
If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.
NO-SHOW
If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. Appointments cancelled within 30-minutes of appointment start-time, at the appointment start-time, or anytime after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.
GRACE PERIOD
If you are running late to your appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, your artist reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.
TAN LINES
Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.
AFTER HOURS
Any services booked after hours, Friday – Sunday, will be subject to an additional $10 fee.
REFUNDS
All single tans, memberships, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
